JULIA WEHMER is a Los Angeles based Makeup, Hair and Fx Artist. Originally from Michigan, she studied  at Douglas J Aveda (Cosmetology) and studied at Cinema Makeup School (Fx Track). She worked In Michigan as a hairstylist at multiple salons before moving to California. She prides herself by being a hard worker and providing the best quality work with minimal time needed.
